St Martins Lane Rental Information
- The rental rates are listed below
- A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable 4 weeks before arrival. If booking within 4 weeks the full amount is payable.
- Payment is accepted by either bank transfer or cheque.
- Arrival time is 3pm onwards. Check out time is by 10am unless otherwise agreed.
- Utility costs, bed linen and towels are included in the rate.
- Weekend night is Friday & Saturday and National holiday days.
- Week night is Sunday to Thursday.
- St Martins Lane is in a quiet, conservation area part of the city, out of respect to our neighbours we cannot accept bookings from stag and hen parties.
- Parking - I have parking just behind the house that services 2 houses. If it is available, it can be booked for £10 per day. Alternatively, Nunnery Lane car park is a short walk and costs £18 per day. It's also worth checking www.yourparkingspace.co.uk or www.justpark.co.uk for deals. There is also a large NCP on Tanner Row, (2 min walk) but this tends to be more expensive.

We also take a £300 damage deposit, which is refundable after the holiday
